The ministry of the church is built on the generous service of volunteers. This page provides links and information to some of the training available to volunteers.
It is important that all volunteers complete the safeguarding training required for their role. Please email harry@fleetwood.church if you are unsure what training you need to complete.
Basic, Foundation, Domestic Abuse and Safer Recruitment
Most safeguarding training is available online on the Church of England Training Portal. You will need to register an account and then complete the training.
You will be emailed a certificate after each training you complete. Please forward these to harry@fleetwood.church to have this recorded.
Leadership
For those in roles requiring Safeguarding Leadership Training, this is completed either in person or on Zoom. Click of tap here to book leadership training. Please email harry@fleetwood.church to record your completion once your trainer has confirmed that you have successfully completed this training.
