Alpha

We're excited to invite you to an Alpha taster evening at 6:30pm on Monday 9th February 2026 at St David's Church on Larkholme Lane. 

If you enjoy the taster evening, the full course starts on Monday 23rd February at the same time and place! It runs every Monday night until 11th May, with a break for Easter. 

Alpha is an introduction to the Christian faith aimed at people who don't necessarily consider themselves Christians, but are open-minded to the possibilities. Each week includes a meal followed by a video covering a topic of Christian faith with breaks for discussion throughout. We finish at 8:00pm on the dot!

The course also includes a day away on Saturday 28th March 2026. We'll share more details of this once the course has started, but block that whole Saturday off in your calendar for now so you don't get double booked!
